Zone 4
Four friends engage in in-depth comic related discussion and all around good, fun conversation focused on the world of comics.

(WARNING: Some Explicit Language in first part of the show
(the "bleep" machine was broken, sorry, folks)).

The crew returns with some headlines that spin off into a mini topic before they even get the show started. It's a bunch of film casting news, starting with Ben Affleck, going to Bryan Cranston, then Elizabeth Olsen and James Spader. Plus, the crew's thoughts on the New 52 Lobo, Bluewater's new intiative and more.

Then, it's time for another issue of Mark Waid's Green Hornet. Five issues in, is the crew still digging it, or has it fallen off the rails?

And there are new shout-outs again this week! Plus some plugs.

So grab a slab of bacon, fold out your theater chair, and get a life and stop threatening Affleck's (or any actor's for that matter). It's time to enter the Zone!

The crew returns with two topics for the price of one! (still FREE, btw) First, they review the first issue of T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents from IDW. Then, they discuss the Marvel event Cataclysm and the possible merging of the Ultimate and regular Marvel Universes.

But before all that, there are some headlines, mostly film related, including news about Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Avengers 2, Ant-Man and more, and BOOM! Studios' new Facebook Submissions page.

And there are new shout-outs again this week! Plus some plugs.

So grab your chocolate covered bacon, a glass of your favorite beverage, and kick back for some great discussion. It's time to enter the Zone!

The crew returns to shine the light on some books and online comics they are enjoying that are not from the "big two," Marvel and DC. Everything from Dark Horse, to Thrillbent, to Action Lab, to Bottled Lightning and more!

But before all that, there are some headlines. Some of them are pretty heavy, like the Kevin Maguire and Kirby Heirs situations. And some are light, like an actor interested in taking over Iron Man, and Groot being cast. And the crew has some words for Dan DiDio... again!

And there are new shout-outs again this week! Plus some plugs.

So hunker down with some bacon bits, put aside your mainstream books, and get ready for some indie goodness. It's time to enter the Zone!

The crew returns to discuss who comics are actually written for. This was spurred by the recent story of Paul Pope being told DC writes for 45 year olds, so we made it our topic!

Of course, before that we get to some headlines, including a marriage, a box office failure, and a certain batch of 3D covers that you may not be getting.

And there are new shout-outs again this week! Plus some plugs.

So grab your favorite bacon flavored treat, break out the grampa pants, and get ready to enjoy some discussion safe for any age (well, most of the time). It's time to enter the Zone!

Welcome back to the Hall of Toys!

Brant and Chris are back with tons of discussion on toys, video games, card games and board games.

First up, it's Toy Talk, ranging from Marvel and DC, to TMNT, to Metal Gear and more.

Then it's the main topic of the episode as the guys go down memory lane, talking toys from their childhood. The Last of Us/Bioshock Infinite discussion has been delayed until next episode.

Up next, it's Game Gab, which brings up DCU Online, Arkham Origins, a little Bioshock love and more.

After that, it's Table Top Talk, covering several games on Kickstarter again, and one that no longer is and why.

And finally, it's And... Action Figure! The guys each have a pick, and an honorable mention.

The crew returns with a special all-pulp episode! Sadly, John was absent due to being carried off into the jungle by Grodd, Congorilla and Bleep for a birthday party (John likes monkeys), and he contracted some gorilla flu. But the rest of the crew pressed on.

First up, Captain Ron filled us in on his adventures at PulpFest 2013 with some special contemporary shout-outs.

Then, the guys covered two pulp inspired comics written by Mark Waid: The Rocketeer/The Spirit: Pulp Friction #1, and Green Hornet #4.

And for the main topic, it was all about the BBC/PBS Sherlock television series starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman.

And there are new shout-outs this week! Plus some plugs.

So strap on your housecoat, sit back in your cozy leather chair, and gear up for some all pulp fun. It's time to enter the Zone!
